HELP ME Help Our Kids "Urban Soul Music. Music For The Soul"

I am seeking a Atlanta Georgia or surrounding Cities FM station to introduce a "unique" Urban Soul Music format: A. If station is losing money- give me a shot at changing format B. If selling, give me a chance at changing format and you retain ownership for one more year. Then after the year allow me a stright out purchase or we go 50 50 on the station or C. Give it to me at no cost so I can sink all my resources into a music format that will help save our Kids.
