TV has a line at the top of the screen.

The TV when turnen on. It shows another picture inside of a bar. The picture inside the bar is the bottom of the screen. I took the back off of the TV. The only adj. screws available are for the contrast and the focus. Couldn't locate a horizontal or vertical section on this small circuit board. I have not removed the board from under the picture tube, yet. Please let me know if there is an adjustment for this. Or is this a throw away and buy another. I have not noticed many adj. caps or other adjustments available, at first glance. Is there a place on the www that could help with a schematic, that is if this is adj. Thanks, Phil
