Dearest Stacey, I got this link from jvc.com questions and comments forum? Well the T.V. I got is a 27" (AV-27530) and last nite I came home from church and turned the set on and all it kept doing was flipping channels all by itself? I turned the power off and whatever channel was there when I turned it off was the same one that came on when I turned on the set again, but it stayed there, until I pushed the channel changer. When I pushed it to go up, the channels would go backwards and vice versa? I cannot even get the input button to switch to video 1 so that I can use our dvd player? I checked everything, I replaced the lithium battery, and I got this tv last year on Jan. 30th. I am pulling my hair out!! My son will not be able to use his video games either, and he will not be happy when he gets home. I searched for a phone number to call the JVC customer service, and again I am lost?
