Strange question from a builder for whom we are quoting a system.

We are an Electrical Contractor - Residential - Hi and Low Voltage. We typically install the Nutone IM3303wh. I have a builder asking about a Digital Nutone Intercom System. I thought the 3303 was digital vs analog. Please enlighten me so I can reply to this builder! Thanks! Curt!
