My TV JVC 27950 has the same problem a lot of others are talking about.. thin horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. How do I fix this? What soldered joints should I check. Do you have to remove the Picture in Picture card to get at it? Can anyone tell me where inside I should be looking at for the problem. Thanks
