PS2 repair centres in hyderabad

hi, i have a PAL system Sony PS2. since it was not used since a long time , dust settled and when i tried to start it again,,, the CD-tray didnt open and finally the display also went off.now when i tried to get it repaired in a local shop, the repair engineer opined that the board inside went kaput. can anyone help me how to get it repaired.
