I want to know which cable or card to be used for downloading on computer for this model

Sir, I need your help,I have JVC camcoder model #250. I want to download the film from the tape to my computer and I don't know what to use?some guys told me you need TV capture card and some of them told me you need only DV cable and you can plug it into computer USB.
