HomeAV-32WF35 JVC TV set. Screen setting Ok, here is an issue that no one has been able to help me on. I got a new AV-32WF35 JVC TV set. The problem is that the picture is magnified in, this making the picture be cut off on both sides. It needs to go back one time so I am viewing the whole picture. I cannot find in the TV main menu where this can be changed. There is a screen that says system lock but I do not know how to unlock it. Have you got a solution for this problem? Thanks

The horizontal size is not adjustable from the Main Menu. You have to enter Service Mode. The symptom you describe (pix too wide) is caused by a defective capacitor in the deflection circuit of your TV. The System Lock message sounds like the channel lock has been set. Eric |
