Hello!

I would like to ask about our tv which produces loud popping and arching noise. I saw the zapping when I remove the cover on the anode connection of the picture tube, the one with the cover and connected to the flyback. The model of the tv is AV-21FM with the serial # 11560145. What could be the defect that causes this loud arching and popping noise? What should I do? Thank you and I hope I can rely on you. God Bless!
