Hi, I just bought my camcorder about 8 months ago, but it was used...I have a jvc gr-d90u and when I go to record anything the screen is black and it says lens cap on....I dont have a lens cap... could you help me figure out what to do with this??? thanks Lindsey

    Go to JVC.com > service & support and then at the left of the screen...click on "customer notification" Read the CCD replacement notice and follow the instructions on where to send the camcorder for warranty repair.
