Thanks Mitch, Unfortunately I am in Melbourne Australia - thanks for your offer though. I am using windows XP OS. The drivers appear to load fine but the computer for some reason dosent recognise the camera. I was subsequently told that I should connect the camera using a firewire cable but I havent had a chance to try it yet. Thanks again, Niall
