Sony DSC-W5 LCD Replacement Screen

I need to replace a 2.5" LCD screen on A Cybershot DSC-W5 camera. Although I did not drop it, it appears to have a crack and nothing displays. I can even hear movies playing back although there is no visual in the LCD. Camera still functions normally every other way and pictures can still be taken and viewed via a USB connected device. While "under warranty", the repair shop quoted a Sony flat rate of $181 if it was determined that the crack was caused by an event "not covered" under warranty. I would like to request a quote for replacement of the LCD and an estimate of how long that might take. Thank you.
