Need a manual for the CCD-TR9

I can't find my manual and want to know how many things work. It's been a long time since I have used this camera and I have a lot of tapes that I want to transfer to VHS or DVD. As well, when the camera is turned on or to VTR, all I get is a white screen through the viewfinder. Why can't I playback tapes or record?
