I have taken over 22,500 shots on my Coolpix since December 2001. It is small easy to use. I need to get it repaired.

Where can I get repairs. Th camera is in a stuck open position. It notes "SYSTEM ERROR". The Portland dealer which ssold me the camera offers no idea on how tro get it prepared. She/he just wants to sell me the new 4600 Coolpix. It would have a different card, different battery, etc. I know how to use my current model, the accomapying download hardware, etc. I don't wasnt to change to the newere stuff they want to sell. Any help out there? P.S. I use it to support part of my television programs that I produce for seniors on a cable network so I'd like to get it fixed soon. j.d.
