HomeGR-D70U Battery charging problem My JVC GR-D70U will not charge my batteries, even though it blinks as if it is charging. I had a friend charge my batteries with a similar JVC to check my batteries for defects, no problems. The camcorder has charged with no problems in the past, until now.

Common problem.... Once you open the camcorder up there are 4 fuses on the main pcb, 2 in the upper right, 1 in the botton right and then one towards the center of the board at the top. Thats the culprit. I have repaired about 5-6 dozen of those over the past year. Just let me know if you need any fuses or any other help. Rex |
