HomeCan't seem to get USB to work with the thing Just got a Creative Zen Neeon 6Gb. Charged it up with the wall charger and have installed all the software on my PC. But when I plug it in the computer says that the USB Device has malfunctioned. I have tried it a number of times and tried reinstalling it. Once I got an active connection for two seconds and then the same error message came up. I have lost my receipt so no warranty. Can anyone help or even give me an idea as to the cost of repair? Thanks

I think you need a totally new USB cable. That's what I did because the same thing happened to me with mine. Where did you find a wall charger? I can't seem to find one anywhere online without buying a combo charging pack with a battery extender, car charger,etc. I just want a wall charger.... |
