I want to know where and how I can obtain a spare part for my JVC 28inches television ,parts no. M37204MCB43SP

Please I sent my JVC TV to a repair shop,and the problem is that, there is interruptions in the sound signal,and the screen is not able to light full to the edges,about 15cm from both edges(Left and Right)and there is these signal (II,and two rings like OO)showing at the right-top corner of the the screen but when connected to video,the sound becomes normal, but the problem with the screen remains.The repairer says the problem is with some part called micro-proccessor and the part no is M37204MCB4SP.please help me diagnose the problem and if the part recommended is correct and how I can obtain one.
