JVC Model #AV-32720 with white horizontal line in middle?

I have a 32 inch JVC #AV-32720 that just started showing a white horizontal line accross the middle. Audio is working fine. If I switch to video, then I see a red and green circle on the left and right. The white line does flicker and it looks like it's trying to get a picture. If I leave it alone for about 15 min. sometimes the picture comes back. How do I fix this?? Thanks, Eric
