Here is the original query:- While trying to play a DVD on our JVC TH-A9 home theater system, on inserting a disc it did not start to spin and consequently disc did not read . When the " Now Reading " message ended the display changed to 0:00. Any ideas as to what may be wrong? I tried a CD and it also refused to spin etc. the laser carriage moves and light is showing for laser but thats about all.
