I have a JVC 21" color television set that sudenly lost color It goes on Ok but all pictures are black and white I have had the color IC replaced but to no success. What could be the problem before I dump it out of frustration. During search the blue backgroud is on, pick and yellow colors for search menu do come on it only the color of the picture.
