HomeSoftware for Dell printer needed so I can install it in my computer. I bought this Dell printer at a garage sell and it didn't come with any disc to install it. So I talked to the ladys daughter about it and she said it didn't come with a disc. Come to find out it came with the girls Dell computer so the software is already installed into the computer. I have an HP so it is obviously not just going to install it to my computer. The model number is 720. Machine type 4126-0d1. If you could tell me how to obtain the software or maybe a site to d/l the software so I can use it I would greatly appreciate it!

same thing happened to me. I got my printer at a yard sale and it had no software. I know how you feel. I cant find a site that has the software download. if anyone have this software would you please allow me to download. i just got this printer and i can't use it . Go to the following Dell Support site www.support.dell.com Do a search under the Banner "Popular Support Tools" You can ignore Service Tag, select Printer then Model. Then select Drivers & Download. It should be called ...R80999.exe Download and the run. Dell offers a free download of the installation for this particular printer. I also just bought an HP laptop and have the same dell computer. On the net I found a message that stated to uninstall the printer program, then reinstall and it should work. I did so, and found out I don't have the printer software to reinstall. need information.
