av video problems

Hi This morning when I turned on the TV to watch pay TV the screen was blurry and rolling now to watch sky and DVD's I watch it by pressing a video button on my remote and to watch local TV I press a TV button to watch local channels I've tried to fine tune the picture in the video mode but cant when I change to TV mode I have no problem with fine tune but in that mode I cant watch sky or DVD's can you help me please
