i can't get picture off my jvc digital video camera tell me how to get them off

Im getting the same thing no video a little man with the mountain whats wrong with this piece of sh**.

We also have the same problem - not working on xmas day !! Can you let me know if you get a result with yours? please. thanks Paul

I know just what you are talking about,I have the same problem with the same camera you have.Have sent e mail to JVC service and support,have not heard anything yet.If you do find out what the problem is please let me know.Have gone through the book and no mention of this problem,also used reset to no avail.Live the camera just wished it was working X Mas morning.Worked fine when i put it away.
