I have a JVC KD-S570 car cd player, the problem is i ajdusting and scanning for the radio channels and station. the range is always in odd number so i cannot find all channels with best quiality.

I have a JVC KD-S570 car cd player, the problem is when ajdusting and scanning for the FM channels and stations. the range is in odd numbers or scale so i cannot find all channels with best quality. i means that when you search the FM range you will search through odd scale (i.e 103.1, 103.3, 103.5) while i want a channel on 103.4 and i cannot got it well because either i choose 103.3 or 103.5 and the quality is poor using these ranges. so is there any way to search for channels sequantially and pass over all ranges (i.e. 103.1, 103.2, 103.3, 103.4... etc)?!
