No power to the TV. Will not turn on.

TV was working fine. I turned off the TV normally. The next time I attempted to turn the TV on there appeared to be no power. the TV will not work with the Remote or manual on button. I checked the outlet, it has power. I am going to replace the fuse but it looks fine. What could be the problem?
