Convergence issue? Pincussion issue? I don't know what or how to adjust the image to fix this issue.

I have a sony KP41T25 and I need help getting the convergence aligned. If I align it so that the + in the middle of the screen is accurate, then the corners of the screen are off a bit. If I adjust to fix one of the corners, the other corners get out of whack...what should I adjust to fix this?
