I have Sony Digital 8 Camcorder (DCR-TRV340). I am getting the C:31:42 Error Code. It does not let me do anything just blinks error code. do you have any recommendations?

  did you ever find the solution to your C:31:42 error code? i have the same problem and tomorrow is Christmas. help!
