HomeHow to fix SONY DSC-F717 C:13:01 ERROR I too was told by Sony they "Had Never heard of this problem & take it to the nearest Sony Service Agent". I followed the detailed instructions & to my delight it worked & the Camera is like Brand New again. I'd like to thank the person that posted this fix very very much
