Please help.......
As a long time loyal JVC customer, I’m very disappointed at the kind of services I get from JVC. My Plasmas TV doesn’t work anymore after 6 months of usage and now in service for 5 months with no date of when it will be done.
I’m not asking for money back or replace of another JVC Plasmas TV, that will be unfair, I have used it already for 6 month now. What I’m asking for is that the JVC Plasmas TV should have been fixed by now and the time that my JVC Plasma TV is in-service, I should be reimburse back the warranty for the 5 missing months. I brought 2 of your PD42wv74 and the other one is working great. But was told that 1 out of 4 of this model was bad by JVC. Not a good ratio…....if I know, I would not buy this Plasma and will think twice next time I get any JVC product because of the bad service.
--JVC First Visit to my house on 08/16/05 to see what wrong with Plasmas TV (I miss work half day)
--Second visit 08/30/05 wrong parts (I, again miss work half-day)
--Third visit 09/20/05 to pick up Plasma TV and needed help to move TV to van (I, again miss work half-day)
--Call every week to get status on the Plasmas TV, they never call back.
--Called the week of 11/06/05 and was promised delivery on 11/15/05…Only one person came and he wasn’t able to carry TV by
himself (should have been advised, only my Mom was home.
--Re-Scheduled for delivery on 11/07/05 at 9:00am to 12:00PM …No show (again my Dad miss work half-day)
--11/17/05 deliver Plasmas TV to my house…still not work (again my Dad miss work half-day)
--Call 800 858-6442 talk to Mona on 11/29/05
--Call JR ext.6006 left message on date below and no call back or message

12/12/05 =got a miss call from him no message.
--Call 800 526-5308 and was transfer to JVC executive line, left message and no call back…..on 12/09/05, 12/15/05, 12/20/05
The JVC Plasmas TV is now at Video Service Tech Inc. 510 544 7100.
They still don’t know what wrong with it and can not give me a time when it will be done.
Please help me get my Plasmas TV back before Christmas. Thanks.
