Troubleshooting the popping audio sound during playback of recorded video.

Hi Stacy, I'm trying to correct a problem with my JVC GZ-MC200 digital video camera. When I playback a file either on computer or from recored DVD the camera person's voice makes the audio pop quite frequently like it is maxing out the decibel range of recording. Do you have any advice? Thanks, Tim
