JVC GR-D20EK colour fault - all of a sudden it is recording everything in red

I have tried all settings - effects etc and turned them all off ie back to factory settings, however it remains in shades of mainly red. It does play back normaly with previous recordings, so i know its not the viewfinder. HELP - thanks
