Are they some Web Sites that offer video clips @ 600kbs?

Hi to you All, Does any one know a web site that offers video clips @ 600kbs? It seems to me they are only video clips @ 300kbs on the NET. The quality is not as good as for instance The MTV channel on SKY. I will really appreciate your help and directions. Many Thanks in advance, even if the answer is "THERE ARE NO SUCH WEB SITES OFFERING VIDEO CLIPS @ 600 Kbs"
