Video xamera Says "please wait, condensation, operation paused"

i have a JVC vodeo camera model no. GR-D22U When i turn it on it says "please wait, condensation, operation paused"... it has said that before a while back but i left it on and as it warmed up it worked again, but now all of a sudden it wont go away (i left in a the garage over night). Its been like this for weeks... PLEASE HELP!!
