Home | Previous messageI have a JVC GR-D93 and am having problems downloading video to my PC. I have installed the USB Driver that came with the camera (ImageMixer ver.1.7.) Every time I try and connect the camera to my computer using the USB cable, a screen pops up saying "new hardware detected...click to install...etc". The Imagemixer screen just shows that the camcorder is not detected. I'm running windows xp.

The drivers are available on jvc.com as well as the installation manuals. I had exactly the same problem but the manual says that you have to run through the hardware install 4 times. In other words 4 different aspects of the hardware must get drivers and they are detected sequentially. Hope this helps. |
