HomeAdaptor plate B required This case is shipped with 2 adaptors. I have lost plate 'B' which is required for my DVD403. my 'A' plate is spare so I am happy to swap. I will also cover reasonable shipping costs. Or, can anyone tell me where I can buy one of these adaptors. Thanks
