help digital module out after 3 years

hi i loved my jve av48pw30 television unitl my warranty went out then found out my digital module went bad #SSB0D051A-M2, at a cost of over 800.00 for the part, the tv was only 1600.00 why did i get only 3 years on this part and obviosely it was faulty, i cant afford this type of money and cant afford a new tv, the forums are telling me how bad reliability of jvc tv are and to be warned, wish i knew that before i wasted my money. i Have emailed jvc five times with no response yet, i am looking for a little help here i should not have to spend that much on a 3 year old television, i hardly used it. cant jvc step up and give me a decent deal on this part or step up and say het sorry heres your part want your tv to work and be a loyal customer, in the future. anyway to fix this part or get a better deal or any suggestions?
