error code:(15 700800)

What is the prolem with the video's for launch.com. When i sign in i can listen to the launch radio, but when i want to watch a video a message comes up saying that you're having problems with it and to (TRY AGAIN LATER)so i try later the next day but the same message came up again.Basicly i trying to find out is what is going on at launch.com because i found out that i not the only one have this prolem and if everyone who trys to watch video's ON LAUNCH is having the same prolem then you should try to do SOMETHING or get another music site going on to keep YOUR listeners happy so they can stop send letters about error code:(15 700800)
