loud humming sound

it is making a vary loud humming sound from the television . the power has been disconnected . and the sound is still consistant and loud.i am able to plug back in and get a good pic and great sound however the huming is still comming from the inside. i have unplugged it and i am wating on the sound to stop . can you assist me?
