help

I have a DSC-P150 sony camera with a 128mb memory stick. i inserted the memory stick into my laptop to upload some pictures and when i inserted it back into my camera i get the error msg C:13:01. what's up with that? and how can i fix it? i read through some postings and tried inserting it rapidly a couple of times but still doesnt work. does the camera have to be on when inserting it rapidly? mine was on when i did. HELP!
