Hi, I just fixed my set. I replaced R 607, Q601, Q602, Q591 (usually all these are sold as a kit, my local tv repair shop here in austin, tx had them for $25), and to be safe I replaced the fly-back transformer since I really wasn't sure what caused the H-volts q591 to fail which then made R607 fail open and short q601/602.
