The problem in C926. This is a really easy fix get a 1000uf electrolytic 35V cap radial leads from RS. Take the housing off of the TV and lay it on it's front. Then tape up a needle nose pliers with electrical tape. have one of your friends grab the cap from the front and heat up the soder pads from the bottom. replace the cap with the new one. Be sure to follow convention this cap does have polarity so you need to put it back the same way the old one came out. Re flow solder onto the pads and the cap legs. That's all.
