Home | Previous messageDear Stacy Sample: I am having the same problem with my JVC GR-D30U. It gives me a message that the lens cap is on and there is no picture. I live in Missouri, but am visiting Alaska for a month. I cannot find a service center near either place. Where can I go and what do I need to do to get it repaired? Thanks for your help! I am afraid you will have to contact the main JVC customer services and follow their instructions, as you cannot bypass this if you want the free repair. The JVC (USA) number is (800) 858-6442 and see page 214 on this site for the procedure. (think its third down) |
