JVC 32 flat screen Model AV-32WF36 distorted picture image at bottom

My NEW JVC tv is distorted at bottom, horizontal lines are bowed up (example tv guide channel rolling schedule bows at bottom for several inches and then is straight. example 2, bottom at letterbox same bowing effect constant, example 3 fox news bottom crawl of headlines bows. it not providing a true horizontal appearance of lines or type. The top of screen appears to be ok. I have a separate vcr and dvd player connected. TV is cable connected
