Hello Allan, I'm currently working on a machine for a customer. The issue he has is similar to yours. It starts to initialize then just sits there with initialize on the panel. I found leaky capacitors on the SV board. I replaced those but still have the same problem. I'm afraid the electrolyte may have damaged the board. Remove some of your boards to see if you can see if the yellow caps are leaking.
