HomeHaving problems, tape is still in the machine and I can not get it out. If any body has any idea or has the list of error codes, can you please indicate what does it mean. Thanks!!!

I got tape out. powering off and holding down eject button does not reset the tape guides. still get error message, any suggestions? this is a "reel" error - your tape is not feeding correctly. TRY: 1) in menu options: hold left arrow then press menu. look at super monitor output go into manual tape eject. follow these steps 2) shut off the machine - use the red wheel on the left side of the tape compartment to totally manually eject the tape (rotate down). |
