dear sir/madem. i have a problem with my camera (sony camera recorder) the model number is CCD-TRV318

when i play a casit , after 3 or 4 secands the eject sign appears and the camera beeps and the code:31:23 appears i will be thankful of you if you solve the problem .please help me solving the problem.
