Hello,
I bought a JVC D-Series Silver 32"(AV32D305) Model Tube Television about three years ago from RC Willey in Murray, Utah.
About one year after the purchase date, the top three inches of the screen began to blur. Presently, those top three inches of the screen now flip the picture in that area, upside down, or display completely black (depending on what's on the channel).
My warranty expired one year after the purchase date.
Why is this occuring? How did it happen? Where can I get it fixed? Roughly, how much will this cost to fix?
