Audio problem in Vedio mode input

Pls note I have used some video game, I hope because of that -when I cannot my cable TV cable through video mode- the picture is perfect but audio volume is very very low, If I try through normal cable -single cable(Back side of the TV) - I am able to view only free to air channels only- all paid channel I am getting only after 30 minitues - after 30 minitues the TV starts turning itself and getting the signal- I checked the cable modem it is Ok - when I connect the other TV I am able to view both modes without any problem Can anybody help me to sove this audio issue in the video mode-pls - some of my friend told me that this is a AV card problem?- is it true - if yes - I can be changed by myself? -pls help
