Has anyone had their lens / CCD replaced for this model.

I have my Sony camcorder for less than 2 years when the CCD / Lens was replaced in 2002 for $265. I found in the news that Sony produced some defective CCD in their camcorders and they would reimburse individuals who paid out of their pocket. Unfortunately, this model was not on their list, but I'm suspecting it's the same problem, but that Sony is not acknowledging it. I'm just wondering how many other people has Sony's DCR-TRV10 and has had the same problem with distorted color in their camcorder.
