PLEASE HELP SONY CAMERA OWNER

Hi my SONY CYDERSHOT digital camera model DSCP32 has this error on screen E61 and HAS A very blurred picture on the lcd screen i have heard this may be due to a fault with the picture sensor and are offering free repair can you help and cofirm that this is whats wrong
